The worldwide spread of false information threatens the global information space, particularly because of rapidly advancing AI technologies. Experts emphasize that fake news has become a serious global challenge today. The aggressive augmentation of disinformation mechanisms demands proactive measures from national governments, organizations, and civil society — necessitating a unified approach to the process of fact-checking.
