"Dialog about Fakes 4.0": Watch Live Streams of All Sessions

On September 22, 2026, Moscow’s National Center “Russia” hosts the fourth international forum dedicated to countering disinformation.

“Dialog about Fakes” traditionally brings together experts, government representatives, business, media and tech companies on one platform. Here they discuss how the nature of false information is changing and what tools help counter it. The fourth meeting promises to be the most packed yet — both in terms of participants and topics covered.

The program is built around several thematic blocks. Participants will discuss the impact of false information on politics, economy and business, as well as current trends in artificial intelligence and its application across various fields. Separate sessions will focus on countering disinformation attempts during the electoral process, as well as online fraud against minors and the involvement of teenagers in cybercrime.

Speakers include representatives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Cybercrime Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Central Bank, international experts in investigative journalism and fact-checking, as well as employees of major tech companies and other relevant organizations.
